Machine Characteristics

Basic configuration

  • Feeder: Bottom suction feeder for inline connection, overlap sensor for roller protection.
  • Laminating Unit: Adjustable stoppers for thick substrates, 3″ reel core air shaft, adjustable spread roller, dual-zone electro resistive heating, Teflon pressure roller.
  • Separator & Delivery: Pneumatic pressure system, decurling unit with position control, built-in perforator, touch screen pull roller control, pneumatic separation roller, adjustable snapping speed, skewing wheel, B2 jogging table.

SW functions included

  • Full control of the lamination process according to the number of sheets supplied by the printer. A set of sensors is monitoring the speed of delivered sheets, the supply of sheets in the feeder, and the presence of the sheets in the feeder. The lamination speed or job finish is regulated according to these values.
  • Autopilot option for checking amount of film and paper during operation.
  • Automatic start up (pressure roller activation), with a single button press, makes the operation easy. At the same time, it prevents film from sticking to the roller.
  • Low demands for human interventions – machine monitors and controls itself to prevent damage of the sheets or the machine.

Options

  • Sheet Preheater & PUR Roller for durability, adhesion, and long life. Bridge Conveyor connects to printers, while the White Sheets Inserter prevents end-job damage. Film Slitter, Perforator, and Effect Foiling (OTF) handle custom cuts, perforations, and foil applications with a 1” Shaft. Autopilot and Code Reader manage supplies and job data. Antistatic Bar, Air Ionizer, and Skew Wheel ensure smooth unloading and reliable separation, controlled via touchscreen. Batch Separator simplifies job handling.
