Machine Characteristics

Basic configuration
Feeder:
- Komfi single action head, adjustable guide plates, overlap sensor, air compressor for compressed air and vacuum supply

Laminating Unit:
- Adjustable stoppers for thick substrate & windows, side-adjustable shaft, spread roller to remove wrinkles, IR heating, pneumatic pressure.

Separator & Delivery:
- Decurling unit, film perforator, cam-driven roller, delivery desk with air nozzles.

- Pressure and temperature drop detection to prevent irregularity in lamination quality.
- End of job function for easy rewind of film.
- Sensor for sheet separation detection and jam detection.
- Job settings memory.
- Built-in internet connectivity for service support.
Options
Bottom Feeder Machine:
- Intelligent version for short runs with on-the-fly loading.
- Operable as a manual bottom suction feeder or in a continuous line with a printer.
Lamination Enhancements:
- Sheet preheater for improved durability and adhesion.
- Polyurethane and Teflon pressure rollers for longevity and non-stick surface.
- Film slitter for adjustable laminate width.
- On-roll perforator and effect foiling device for PSA film application.
Additional Features:
- 1″ unwinding shaft for effect films.
