We held an Open Day at our Komfi branch in Svébohov on 11 September and received a great response. Almost 400 people attended the event, including family members and business partners. We prepared a rich program for the visitors and showed the latest technologies that we use in our company.
Among the main attractions there were demonstrations of CNC machines, a bending press, an automated laser with a storage tower and an Amiga laminating machine. Visitors were also able to see finished products and samples such as Christmas boxes, notepads, handbags, polygraphic pulls, toy cars and tokens made on the laser and bending machine, as well as other demonstrations of modern printing technologies including partial coating. These samples were a huge success and visitors were enthusiastic to take them away.
We prepared a special corner for children where they could play with balloons, paint colouring pages or create. The weather was kind to us, so children and adults could have fun both inside and outside.
We handed out hundreds of small gifts at the place and created a pleasant atmosphere that was enjoyed by everyone who attended. Our machine demonstrations also attracted great interest – crowds of visitors formed mainly around the press and laser.
