Machine Characteristics
- The Amiga 76 is based on the well-known and proven concept of the Amiga series laminators.
- Side opening allows comfortable access for service and maintenance.
- Very flexible and affordable solution for low volume or seasonal jobs in B1 sheet size.
Basic configuration
Feeder:
- Single-action feeding head with air jets and mechanical separators.
- Adjustable guiding plates for thin and thick paper.
- Overlap sensor for film protection.
- Adjustable stops for thick substrates and window lamination.
- Adjustable brake for film tension.
- Height-adjustable spread roller for smoothing foil.
Laminating Unit:
- IR heating with precise temperature control.
- Rubber pressure roller.
- Pneumatic pressure system for even lamination.
- Straightening bar for flat laminated sheets.
Separator & Delivery:
- Built-in film perforator for smooth sheet separation.
- Cam-driven tearing roller with adjustable effect and skew wheel.
- Fixed delivery desk.
SW function included
- Control system with advanced built-in functions, colour touch screen and a set of buttons according to the relevant standards.
- Stop on the sheet overlap – reduces the number of destroyed sheets.
- Zero overlap – enables processing of substrates with a higher thickness.
- Automatic pressure & temperature check – prevents from poor quality processing.
- End of job function for easy rewind of film.
- Choice of measuring units (imperial/metric).
- Instructions on display.
- Sensor for sheet separation detection prevents paper jams at delivery.
- Job settings saving.
- Built-in internet connectivity – for remote Komfi support, on-line diagnostics and SW updates.
